Throughout  our 35 years of experience we have constructed over 16000 specialized vehicles of all sorts and all levels of complexity: light trucks for consumer goods distribution, refrigerator trucks, armored cash transport cars, mobile homes, dump bodies, ambulances and, of course, medical units.  

Our experience qualifies us to design any specialized vehicle at any level of sophistication.

Listening

Every social reality has its own health needs, and medical vehicles should be adapted to it. Therefore our first step is to listen and to understand social needs the vehicle should meet.

At this point we attend to such matters as medical goal to be attained, health strategy, geographical characteristics (road conditions, orography etc.), availability of vehicle and medical equipment representations in the region etc.

Technical Requirements and Quote

On this basis we create a list of technical requirements and ask the client to revise it and to approve it, if applicable. 

We present our quote based on the requirement list and the number of units ordered.

Engineering & Design

We use informatics technology in vehicle design, from the drawing to the three-dimensional model. This stage gives us guidelines our production department shall follow.

Production

Vehicles pass through different stages of production line. Each one is submitted to quality control, as well as the final product, which is inspected again in all its components to guarantee that it will meet our clients’ needs. 

The whole process, from the determination of needs to the quality control, complies with ISO 9001-2000 and is authorized by the US FDA (Food and Drug Administration) de los Estados Unidos. Our medical equipment is certified by ISO 9001–13485–2000.
