Support and Maintenance

Our units are delivered with a user manual describing all their components and equipments, including the list of their technical characteristics. We also deliver a set of spare parts that should be usually replaced.

Since all our equipment is manufactured by worldwide brands, technical support can be performed
by the owner directly in the country
where the unit operates.

Training

We offer training course on operating the unit and everyday care for it, as well as operating and everyday care for the medical equipment.

Our training course is taught in Mexico during three days for a maximum of three persons per unit, and it is included in the medical vehicle price. We can also offer training courses in any part of the world through payment of the trainer’s travel costs, lodging, food and transport.

Warranty

We offer at least one-year warranty starting from the unit purchase date, and it is limited to manufacturing
faults or component and material faults,
assuming  that it has been properly
used and maintained.

All units have a set of warranty documents
for different equipment
and accessories.
